Shipping and Order Processing

All orders are usually processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 10 days.

You can choose one of 2 options at the checkout for UK orders:

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked

  • Evri Standard Delivery

In January 2024 we introduced International Shipping:

  • We are constantly working towards worldwide shipping. If you can’t see your country, please check again soon.

  • International orders are shipped using Royal Mail or EVRI, depending on the destination.

  • Actual delivery times depend on the carrier.

  • All items on our website are eligible for international shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees. By placing an international order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any associated customs fees.

  • Tracking information will be provided for all international orders.

  • Non-personalised items cannot be returned.

  • For regular items, customers must contact Reyt Designs via email at shop@reytdesigns.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns must be accepted by Reyt Designs, and customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees for returns.

  • For all inquiries and issues related to international orders, please contact us at shop@reytdesigns.com.

  • Customers should be aware that orders cannot be canceled due to deemed customs and duties fees being too expensive. No refund will be issued if the customer refuses to pay these fees.

At Reyt Designs, we try to recycle the materials our supplies are delivered in, so please don’t be taken aback by our packaging.

Whilst the cover might seem to look a little bit rough on the edges, we can assure you the inner beauty of your package is absolutely outstanding.
