Shipping policy
All orders are usually processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 10 days. All UK orders are shipped using Tracked 24 or 48 service.
International orders are shipped using various carriers, depending on the destination.
Actual delivery times depend on the carrier.
All items on our website are eligible for international shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order.
Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees. By placing an international order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any associated customs fees.
Tracking information will be provided for all international orders.
For regular items, customers must contact Reyt Designs via email at shop@reytdesigns.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns must be accepted by Reyt Designs, and customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees for returns.

Customers should be aware that orders cannot be canceled due to deemed customs and duties fees being too expensive. No refund will be issued if the customer refuses to pay these fees.
In rare event when wrong items are posted, the customer must return the wrong item(s). Reyt Designs will cover the return shipping. The customer can decide if they want to receive their original order or they wish to cancel. If a customer receives an incorrect order / wrong products, they must contact us via email at shop@reytdesigs.com.
